What can I claim for?
There are 3 possible claims. Everyone can claim setup fees, then overcharged insurance and overcharged mortgage payments. We can tell you about your specific claims once we analyse your property deeds.
How much do you charge?
We are offering you a no win, no fee deal. Once we get you a refund we charge 40%. As you are also awarded interest at 4% a year on top of your claim, this will go a long way to cover our fee.
How long will my claim take?
We hope that we will be able to pay you within 6 to 9 months of submitting your claim to the court.
What happens if I do not win my claim?
We will appeal on your behalf, but if this fails there is no cost to you.
How often do you win?
We currently have a 100% success rate. This is due to the fact that everyone who had a mortgage before 2019 is eligible for a refund.
How much could I get back?
